You willlead a team of attorneys and paralegals,be responsible forclient management,whilstretainingexisting clientsbyfostering strong client relationshipsandensuring client satisfaction. The ideal candidate will have significantexpertisein immigration law, team success, and will embrace the opportunity to help grow the firm’s practice.In addition, this roleisresponsible formanaging a team, while havingan eye towardsexcellent client service andtop-qualitylegal work. What you’ll do: Prepare and file cases for acceptance and approval (all case types) Recommend options and strategy and implementrecommendationswithout supervision Perform client management of Enterprise clients and guiding these clients through processes Manage, guide, and mentor team members, and support Partner with team management Review marketing material and support Envoy/GIA sales and marketing initiatives Perform reporting/auditing duties Presenttrainings and webinars to clients and potential clients Communicate law and policy updates to team/firm Interview and provide hiring recommendations Demonstrate legalcompetencies Demonstrate behavior in relationships with clients, colleagues, and partners (i.e.Envoy, vendors, etc.) that is professional, proactive, considerate, and accountable Other duties as assigned What you bring: Juris Doctor (JD) degree Admittance to the State Bar At least 8 years of related experience Prior team management experiencerequired Consistently meets SLEs (Service Level Expectations) Expert levelproficiencyin MS Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint) Fluency of the English language in both written and verbal forms; Bilingual a plus, but notrequired Excellent written and verbal communication skills Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to gain rapport, foster relationships, and provide excellent dedication to exceptional client service Demonstrated strong attention to detail and consistent accuracy of work Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Excellent organizational skills and the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment with competing demands and strict deadlines Ability to contribute to a positive work environment andstrong teammorale Excellent written and verbal English communication skills, including spelling and grammar Strategic mindset with the ability to drive growth and profitability Excellent leadership and team collaboration skills Why CIP: CIP P.C.is a highly reputable business immigration law firm that focuses on offering its clients exceptional legal service and support, while ensuring a work-life balance for its employees.
