PolisherThe Polisher is responsible for ensuring all glassware is properly cleaned, polished, and prepared for service in accordance with company and brand standards. This role supports bar and service operations by maintaining proper inventory levels of polished glassware and assisting team members as needed to ensure smooth service flow. The Polisher must work with attention to detail, care, and consistency to uphold presentation and sanitation standards in a fast-paced environment.Key ResponsibilitiesPolish and maintain glassware to established standards, ensuring all items are clean, spotless, and service-readyMaintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment in compliance with all health and safety guidelinesProactively anticipate and support the needs of Bartenders and service team membersEnsure all polishing and support stations are properly stocked and prepared to meet business demandsHandle glassware with care to prevent breakage and maintain inventory controlSort, inspect, and organize glassware to ensure only clean, polished, and undamaged items are returned to serviceMaintain appropriate par levels of polished glassware to support service demands throughout the shiftCommunicate inventory shortages, breakage trends, and operational concerns to management as neededAssist with additional side work and support duties as assigned to promote efficient front-of-house and bar operationsRequirementsStrong multitasking skills with a dependable and diligent work ethicMaintain a clean, polished, and professional appearanceAbility to anticipate operational needs and support service flowMinimum of one (1) year of experience in a full-service dining or hospitality environment preferredStrong attention to detail with the ability to identify cleanliness, presentation, and quality concernsAbility to work efficiently and maintain productivity in a fast-paced, high-volume environmentAvailability to work nights, weekends, and holidaysCurrent Food Handler and ServSafe certifications preferredPhysical RequirementsAbility to stand and walk for extended periods of time during scheduled shiftsAbility to frequently lift, carry, push, pull, and transport racks of glassware, storage containers, and other operational supplies throughout the facilityAbility to move throughout all areas of the restaurant, including bars, service stations, storage areas, dishwashing areas, and receiving areas as applicableAbility to perform repetitive hand, wrist, and arm movements while handling, polishing, inspecting, and organizing glassware throughout scheduled shiftsAbility to lift, push, or pull up to 50 pounds independently and up to 85 pounds on occasionAbility to work in a fast-paced environment with exposure to noise, moisture, cleaning chemicals, and varying temperaturesSalary Description $17.00/HourCompensation: Hourly ($17.00)Benefits & Perks: Commuter Benefits
