General Manager – STRAP TANK RESTAURANT AND BREWERY Job Title General Manager Job Type Full-Time Job Summary We are seeking an experienced and driven General Manager to lead daily operations of a high-volume pub/restaurant. This role is responsible for delivering exceptional guest experiences, managing staff performance, and driving profitability while maintaining a positive and energetic atmosphere. Key Responsibilities Oversee all front- and back-of-house operations Lead, train, and develop a high-performing team Ensure excellent customer service and guest satisfaction Manage scheduling, labor costs, and payroll Monitor inventory, ordering, and cost control Maintain compliance with health, safety, and liquor regulations Drive sales through promotions, events, and community engagement Analyze financial performance and implement improvements Qualifications 3–5+ years of restaurant or pub management experience Strong leadership and team-building skills, including the love of the service industry. Knowledge of bar operations, beer/liquor programs, and food service, including and not limited to: Toast POS, Kickfin, Social Schedules.
