My client is looking for an experienced PMO Director to join the organziation and be responsible for running governance, resource planning and strategy. This is 100 percent Waterfall and must have a wide breadth of technology including application and infrastructure. They must have lead large PMO's with about 25 direct reports and many indirect reports as well. Hospital experience is a HUGE PLUS but will look at candidates without industry expeirence as well.
- Lead the IT Project Management Office (PMO) team in the successful delivery of enterprise project management services, including governance and decision-making processes, benefits realization, project intake and estimation, portfolio management, and resource planning.
- Apply extensive knowledge of complex technical environments and matrixed organizational structures, along with a strong understanding of healthcare applications and operational workflows, to support strategic technology initiatives.
- Partner with business leaders, stakeholders, and cross-functional teams to identify organizational needs and recommend technology solutions that align with business objectives and operational priorities.
