Key Responsibilities\n- \n
- Conduct thorough mental health assessments to evaluate the needs of clients, identifying areas for immediate intervention. \n
- Develop and implement comprehensive, individualized treatment plans that address mental health issues and promote emotional well-being. \n
- Provide evidence-based therapeutic interventions tailored to clients' needs, utilizing modalities appropriate for client conditions. \n
- Facilitate individual and group therapy sessions, encouraging personal growth, emotional regulation, and the development of effective coping strategies. \n
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, including medical professionals and social workers, to ensure a holistic approach to care. \n
- Offer crisis intervention services as needed, providing timely support during mental health emergencies. \n
- Educate clients and their families about mental health issues and available support resources. \n
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation of client interactions, assessments, and progress according to legal and ethical standards. \n
- Engage in team meetings, case reviews, and ongoing training to stay updated with best practices and new developments. \n
Your work will primarily focus on a diverse array of clients, including individuals struggling with anxiety, depression, trauma, and other mental health disorders. You will provide therapeutic support to adult clients from various backgrounds, ensuring each individual receives personalized care based on their unique life experiences and mental health requirements.
Qualifications\n- \n
- Current and valid license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD). \n
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field is required; a master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, or related disciplines is strongly preferred. \n
- A minimum of two years of post-licensure experience in mental health counseling, particularly in community health settings. \n
- A thorough understanding of mental health disorders, treatment methodologies, and trauma-informed care principles. \n

- Experience working in community health environments or with diverse populations. \n
- Proficiency in delivering both individual and group therapy, utilizing various counseling techniques tailored to client needs. \n
- Solid knowledge of electronic health record (EHR) systems and remote counseling technologies. \n
- Strong crisis intervention skills and the ability to react effectively in high-pressure situations. \n
The salary range for this position is between USD 60,000 and 104,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
