Director, Human Resources — Strategy, Culture & Rewards
MMGY Global
MMGY Global seeks a Director of Human Resources in Overland Park, KS to lead the US HR function. You will partner with COEs and the global HR Leadership Team to shape organizational design, workforce planning, performance and talent management, and HR policy development. The role reports to the Chief HR Officer and requires a strong, trusted leadership presence across a large employee base. You will own the US benefits strategy end-to-end, manage vendor partnerships, and guide the 401(k) #J-18808-Ljbffr MMGY Global
