Bookkeeper
Shift/Hours: Monday - Friday, 8:00 am-5:00 pm Pay Rate: $23-$30 per hour Location: San Jose, CA Experience: At least 1 year of Bookkeeping experience
We are excited to share a new opportunity for a Bookkeeper located in San Jose! This position is highly sought after and might not be available for long.
Bookkeeper Job Duties include:
- Manage daily financial transactions and bookkeeping.
- Accounts Payable and Receivable.
- Maintain general ledger and financial records.
- Prepare and process invoices and purchase orders.
- Reconcile accounts and resolve discrepancies.
- Assist with budget preparation and financial reporting.
- Ensure compliance with accounting principles and regulations.
- Other duties as assigned
Bookkeeper Preferred Skills include:
- Time Management, attention to detail, organization
- Strong oral and written communication
- Understanding of GAAP
- Bilingual in English and Spanish
- Must have 1 year of previous work experience
Bookkeeper Requirements may include:
- Experience in bookkeeping and accounting
- Knowledge of accounting software's
- Strong organizational, analytical, and computer skills
- Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
- Must be willing to submit to a pre-employment background check and drug screen
- Must provide 3 professional references
