Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Dusting, vacuuming, and mopping the areas assigned to them
• Cleaning restrooms and breakrooms assigned to them
• Restocking restroom

Required Knowledge, Skills & Abilities

• Walk long distances
• Stand, lift and bend throughout the day
• Lift up to 30 pounds
• Work independently

Tools, Machinery and Equipment:

• Safety glasses, gloves (optional)
• Broom and dustpan
• Vacuum cleaner
• Dust mask (optional)
• Brass scraper
• Paint suit (optional) Superfici

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Must be a self-starter who works well under pressure and can follow a list of daily work assignments.
• Must be self-motivated with ability to stay on task and work mostly unsupervised the entire shift.
• Possesses a willingness to learn new ways to enhance productivity.
• Must be team oriented, interactive, and possess strong communication skills with teammate.

The employee is subject to extreme inside environmental conditions frequently with protection from weather conditions but not necessarily from temperature change. • Frequently required use hands to finger, handle or feel; reach with hands and arms; and talk and hear clearly.
• Frequently required to bend; lift; stand; walk; climb or balance; and stoop, kneel, or crouch.

• Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, depth perception and ability to adjust focus.
