As a Personal Banker within PNC's Retail Branch Banking organization, you will be based in Boardman, OH. Job Description Acquire and deepen the branch customer base through proactive sales and service activities, managing the customer experience and identifying opportunities to improve financial wellbeing. Drive proactive sales conversations through outbound calling, service-to-sales, teller interactions, appointment setting, and lobby engagement to elevate client loyalty. Create customer loyalty and grow customer share of wallet through a differentiated customer experience and lobby engagement activities. Apply product and procedural knowledge to identify, mitigate, and solve customer problems effectively. Manage risk by adhering to all policies and procedures, demonstrating sound judgment within established limits, and participating in branch daily operations. Pay Transparency Base Salary: $41,250.00 – $68,750.00. Salaries may vary based on geographic location, market data, and individual skills, experience, and education. Incentive eligible based on company, business, and/or individual performance.
