It employs a ground-breaking focus with development responsibilities for customer-facing capabilities that deepen and expand digital engagement, as well as core technical capabilities that cut across business lines and customer segments. ​Enterprise Communications Platform provides uni and bi-directional cross-channel communications and brings an Enterprise and Customer First approach. It encapsulates domain agnostic generic technology functions into Enterprise Shared Services to promote re-usability and consistency across communication journeys. Our platform primarily focuses on fulfillment and delivery of servicing related Customer Communications irrespective of communication channels like Email, Letters, Push Notification, SMS, WhatsApp, Secure Message Center, etc.​ResponsibilitiesPerform technical aspects of software development for assigned applications including design, developing prototypes, and coding assignmentsFunction as a leader on an agile team by contributing to software builds through consistent development practices (tools, common components, and documentation)Lead code reviews and automated testingDebug software components and identify code defects for remediationLeads the deployment, support, and monitoring of software across test, integration, and production environments.Takes accountability for the success of the team achieving their goalsDrives the team’s strategy and prioritizes initiativesInfluence team members by challenging status quo, demonstrating risk taking, and implementing innovative ideasBe a productivity multiplier for your team by analyzing your workflow and contributing to enable the team to be more effective, productive, and demonstrating faster and stronger results.Mentor and guide team members to success within the teamDemonstrate software development skills in a professional environment and/or comparable experience such as:Agile development, application design, software development, and testingExpertise with HTML, CSS, AJAX, JavaScript Frameworks React and NodeJSThorough understanding of JSON, web services technologies, and data structure fundamentals, with experience in designing highly scalable solutions. Experience with Java/J2EE, Vert.x, Spring Boot, NoSQL Hands-on expertise with application design, software development and automated testingStrong expertise in API Development and architectural / security standards.
