Competitive Pay: Based on experience and efficiency. $15-$19 an hour with tips and possibility of bonuses dependent upon performance.

Key Responsibilities
Precision Detailing: Perform high-level interior and exterior detailing services.
Advanced Surface Correction: Execute professional paint correction and machine polishing.
Protective Coatings: Apply ceramic coatings with meticulous attention to detail.
Quality Control: Complete a rigorous quality control checklist after every job to ensure all standards are met before management’s final inspection.
Shop Stewardship: Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workspace daily.
Requirements
Reliability: Must have a great work ethic, be prompt, and have reliable daily transportation.
Focus: Must be able to work in a timely manner while remaining laser-focused on the proper outcome.
Professionalism: A clean-cut, professional attitude when interacting with management and customers.
