Product Marketing Specialist

Role Description The Product Marketing Specialist is a full-time, hybrid role based in the Greater Philadelphia area, with flexibility for partial work from home. This role is responsible for developing and executing product positioning, messaging, and go-to-market strategies that clearly articulate Linque’s value to target markets. Day-to-day tasks include conducting market and competitive research, collaborating with product management to understand roadmaps and features, and creating customer-focused materials such as product briefs, case studies, and sales enablement content. The specialist will partner with sales to support campaigns, refine value propositions, and ensure consistent messaging across channels. This role also involves tracking performance of marketing initiatives, providing insights to improve engagements, and contributing to cross-functional planning with sales, product, and leadership teams. Qualifications Strong Market Research skills, including customer insights, competitive analysis, and industry trend monitoring Excellent Communication abilities, including written, verbal, and presentation skills for technical and non-technical audiences Experience designing and implementing Go-to-Market Strategy, including positioning, messaging, and launch planning Collaboration experience with Sales teams, including sales enablement, content development, and lead support Familiarity with Product Management practices, such as understanding product lifecycles, feature prioritization, and user feedback Background in B2B technology, industrial automation, or SaaS solutions is highly beneficial Ability to analyze marketing performance metrics and translate data into actionable recommendations Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience Comfort working in a hybrid environment in the Greater Philadelphia area, collaborating both in person and remotely #J-18808-Ljbffr
