Registered Nurse (RN) PM Shift (Full-Time)

We're looking for compassionate Registered Nurses (RNs) to join our resident-centered care team on our Full-Time PM Shift.

Compensation & Incentives
- A $3.00/hour shift differential for PM and NOC shifts
- Higher pay rate available for employees who waive benefits

Responsibilities
As a Registered Nurse, you will:
- Administer medications and treatments safely and accurately
- Monitor residents' health status and vital signs
- Develop, implement, and document resident care plans
- Supervise, mentor, and support Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs)
- Collaborate with Nurse Managers, physicians, and the interdisciplinary care team
- Promote a safe, comfortable, and compassionate environment for residents
Qualifications
- Active Wisconsin Registered Nurse (RN) License
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Passion for providing exceptional care to older adults
- New graduates are strongly encouraged to apply!
