Key Responsibilities\n

  • Conduct comprehensive assessments to determine clients' mental health needs before developing tailored treatment plans.

  • Facilitate both individual and group therapy sessions, employing therapeutic techniques such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and mindfulness practices.

  • Regularly monitor and document client progress throughout the course of therapy and adjust treatment plans as needed.

  • Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of mental health specialists, including doctors, nurses, and social workers to formulate and implement intervention strategies.

  • Maintain communication with psychiatrists for clients undergoing medication management to ensure a holistic approach to their treatment.

  • Engage and guide family members or primary caregivers in navigating and managing the mental health challenges their loved ones face.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In this role, you will work with a diverse clientele, including individuals, couples, and families experiencing various mental health issues such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and adjustment disorders. Qualifications\n

  • A Bachelor’s degree in counseling, psychology, social work, or a related field is required. A master's degree is preferred.

  • Must hold a valid and active state license as a Mental Health Counselor (LMHC).
