You will oversee, participate and direct all aspects of sales and service operations at our Greenville, KY location. You will be responsible for growing the Greenville Steve Crisp State Farm location through meaningful customer relations and acting as a liaison between customers, Steve Crisp and agency departments. Conduct policy reviews and provide recommendations to customers. Oversee the resolution of complex customer issues. Develop leads, schedule appointments, and use your knowledge of our insurance products to offer solutions to current and potential customers. Strive to obtain company goals and objectives while maintaining the utmost of integrity and highest ethical standards. QUALIFICATIONS Experience in insurance sales or account management preferred. Leadership and interpersonal skills. Proven track record of meeting sales targets. Willingness to engage in sales conversations.
