Location Sparta, NC 28675 (36.503429292, -81.123254698) Position Summary Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) Provide one‑on‑one nursing care to clients in Sparta and surrounding communities. Work with a 24/7 clinical support team, receive personalized training, and choose a schedule that works for you. Key Responsibilities Deliver comprehensive nursing care to clients in Home Health settings. Use clinical judgment and evidence‑based practices to meet individual care plans. Document assessments, interventions, and outcomes in electronic charting (Cubhub). Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members and communicate with client families. Provide patient education and support for self‑management of health conditions. Compensation & Schedule $27–32 per hour in North Carolina (dependent on commitment and shift). Full‑time, part‑time, and PRN (minimum 24 hours per month) opportunities. Daytime and overnight shifts with 8‑, 10‑ or 12‑hour options. Qualifications Active LPN license in the state of North Carolina. Graduation from an accredited nursing program.
