Minimum Qualifications:

• Active Nursing Certified Nursing Assistant certification
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience working in a healthcare setting
• Bilingual in English and Spanish
• Experience with electronic medical records

Responsibilities:

• Assist patients with daily living activities, including bathing, dressing, and grooming
• Monitor and record patient vital signs and report any changes to nursing staff
• Assist with patient mobility and transfers
• Maintain a clean and safe patient environment
• Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members

Skills:

As a Nursing Certified Nursing Assistant, you will utilize your active certification and excellent communication skills to provide compassionate care to our patients. You will use your attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment to assist with daily living activities and monitor patient vital signs.
