Job Summary:

The Registered Nurse (RN) delivers safe, patient-centered care using the nursing process and established standards of practice. The RN coordinates care with the interdisciplinary team, supervises assigned staff, and applies critical thinking to achieve positive patient outcomes.

Qualifications:

• Education: BSN preferred
• Experience: Acute care experience preferred
• License: Active RN license in the state of practice (Required)
• Certification: BLS/CPR (BLS, HS-BLS, or RQI BLS) required

Key Responsibilities:

• Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate individualized patient care.
• Collaborate with patients, families, and the healthcare team to ensure quality care.
• Educate patients and families on health conditions and treatment plans.
• Assist with discharge planning and continuity of care.
• Supervise and delegate tasks to nursing staff as appropriate.
• Maintain accurate documentation and perform other assigned duties.
