Position Overview

iRESTORE is seeking a strategic and commercially minded Head of Tiktok Shop to lead and scale our Tiktok business. This individual will own the channel end-to-end, driving revenue growth, operational excellence, and long-term profitability all while building a scalable social commerce engine across creators, affiliate, content, and live shopping.

This is not a traditional social media role but rather a high-impact leadership role for someone who understands how to turn our Tiktok shop into a meaningful revenue channel through their knowledge of social commerce, creator affiliates, merchandising, and performance marketing.

Responsibilities

• Own the overall Tiktok shop P&L growth strategy, revenue targets, and growth roadmap.

• Drive channel performance across gross merchandise value (GMV), net revenue, contribution margin, conversion rate, average order value (AOV), and customer acquisition.

• Develop and execute promotional strategies, product launches, pricing, bundles, and merchandising initiatives

• Build and scale the affiliate commerce engine – develop the affiliate strategy across commission structures, product and sampling priorities, creator segmentation, performance targets, and scaling frameworks.

• Establish processes for identifying high-potential creators, scaling winning partnerships, and improving creator productivity.

• Own inventory planning, demand forecasting, and revitalize strategy for Tiktok shop.

• Evaluate live shopping opportunities and develop a strategy for livestream programming where commercially viable.

• Establish channel KPIs, performance reporting, and a consistent operating cadence to drive growth.

Qualifications

• Significant experience building and scaling TikTok Shop or social commerce businesses, ideally within beauty, wellness, consumer health, or other direct-to-consumer categories.

• Nice to have - Experience scaling high AOV products, ideally within beauty, wellness, consumer health, or premium consumer categories.

• Proven track record of owning revenue growth and commercial performance for an e-commerce or social commerce channel.

• Demonstrated hands-on expertise in inventory management, demand planning, sales forecasting, and restocking strategy.

• Experience building and managing creator and affiliate programs with measurable revenue contribution.

• Strong understanding of TikTok Shop's ecosystem, including affiliate tools, shoppable content, platform promotions, seller operations, and live commerce.

• Strong analytical and financial acumen, with the ability to evaluate channel performance, margins, marketing efficiency, and inventory economics.

• Experience managing promotional calendars, product launches, assortment strategy, and demand spikes.

• Ability to operate strategically while remaining hands-on with execution and problem-solving.

• Experience with TikTok Shop media, GMV Max, Spark Ads, and/or Video Shopping Ads strongly preferred

• Strong cross-functional leadership and communication skills.
