Job Title: Operations Services Associate

Location: Dallas (onsite role)

Duration: Long-term Contract

Job Summary:

The Operations Services Associate is responsible for supporting property loan servicing operations in a high-volume production environment. The role requires accurate data processing, document handling, research, quality control, and adherence to established procedures and service-level requirements.

Mandatory Responsibilities:

• Manage assigned operational processes and workloads within established deadlines.
• Research, collect, and validate missing information to ensure data accuracy.
• Analyze and process data using internal systems, workflow applications, forms, and databases.
• Handle high-volume document processing, including printing, matching, and verifying checks and reports.
• Perform quality checks to ensure accuracy and compliance with operational procedures.
• Prepare and organize packages for secure delivery while meeting daily production targets.
• Adhere to company policies, client requirements, and Service Level Agreements (SLAs).

Mandatory Skills & Qualifications:

• High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in operations, data processing, document processing, loan servicing, or a similar production environment.
• Strong attention to detail with a high level of accuracy.
• Analytical and critical thinking skills.
• Ability to research and validate information from multiple sources.
• Time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
• Intermediate computer proficiency and ability to learn new systems and applications quickly.
• Data analysis and data entry skills.
• Ability to follow detailed procedures and work instructions consistently.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a high-volume, deadline-driven environment.
• Team collaboration and status reporting skills.
