Job: Junior Final Integration and Test Technican
Location: Solon, OH
Pay Rate: $22–$25/hour
Schedule: Monday–Friday | 7:00 AM–3:30 PM
Type: Temp-to-Hire Opportunity

What You'll Do

• Assist with the assembly and integration of mechanical, electrical, and software components
• Perform testing and inspections on completed systems
• Help align and calibrate cameras, lighting, sensors, and other equipment
• Troubleshoot basic system and component issues with support from senior team members
• Complete test documentation and quality checklists
• Verify systems are properly configured prior to shipment
• Work closely with Production, Engineering, and Shipping teams
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment

What We're Looking For

• Mechanical aptitude and interest in learning technical systems
• Experience using hand tools and basic measuring equipment
• Ability to read and follow technical instructions, drawings, or schematics
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
• Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office
• Strong problem-solving and organizational skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• High School Diploma or GED required

Bonus Points For

• Previous assembly, manufacturing, maintenance, or technical experience
• Exposure to electrical wiring, automation, cameras, sensors, or testing equipment
• Technical school training or related coursework

Pay Details: $22.00 to $25.00 per hour
