What You'll Be Doing

• Diagnose, troubleshoot, repair, and maintain residential and light commercial HVAC systems.
  
  
• Install and replace furnaces, air conditioners, heat pumps, ductless systems, and related equipment.
  
  
• Perform preventative maintenance, inspections, and system performance evaluations.
  
  
• Communicate repair options and recommendations clearly with customers while providing exceptional service.
  
  
• Complete work safely, efficiently, and in compliance with all local codes and company standards.
  
  
• Collaborate with fellow technicians and mentor apprentices as your experience grows.
  
  

What You Bring

• 5+ years of HVAC service and/or installation experience.
  
  
• Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills.
  
  
• Experience servicing gas furnaces, air conditioners, heat pumps, and HVAC equipment.
  
  
• EPA Certification (required); additional certifications are a plus.
  
  
• A strong work ethic, positive attitude, and commitment to customer satisfaction.
  
  
• Ability to work independently while contributing to a team environment.
