Location: Franklin, MA

Pay Rate: $21.00-$23.00/hour

Job Duties

• Press and process ceramic tiles used in armor production
• Operate buffing and finishing equipment safely and efficiently
• Scrape, inspect, and prepare materials for production
• Pack finished products for shipment
• Build and assemble armor mats according to specifications
• Assist with general production tasks and support team operations as needed
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area

Experience Requirements

• Previous production, manufacturing, assembly, or warehouse experience preferred
• Ability to follow work instructions and safety procedures
• Strong attention to detail and reliability

Physical Capabilities

• Ability to stand for extended periods throughout the shift
• Ability to lift up to 30 pounds regularly
• Ability to perform repetitive tasks in a production environment
