Job Summary:
Seeking an experienced X-ray/Radiologic Technologist to perform diagnostic imaging procedures within a healthcare facility. The ideal candidate will ensure high-quality imaging services while adhering to safety protocols and maintaining excellent patient care.

Responsibilities:

• Perform diagnostic radiologic procedures following physician orders and safety guidelines.
• Operate imaging equipment such as X-ray machines, ensuring optimal image quality.
• Verify patient identity and explain procedures to ensure comfort and cooperation.
• Maintain accurate patient records and document procedures performed.
• Adhere to safety standards and infection control protocols during all imaging activities.
• Collaborate with medical staff to meet diagnostic objectives efficiently.

Qualifications:

• Hold an active New York State Radiologic Technologist license.
• Possess ARRT certification in Radiography (R).
• Have a minimum of 5 years' current X-ray experience.
• Demonstrate proficiency with EPIC EMR systems.
• Exhibit prior experience working in Level 1 trauma hospitals preferred.
• Maintain current BLS certification through the American Heart Association.
