This Radiologic Technologist position offers the opportunity to work in the operating room in Chattanooga, Tennessee. In this role, you will be an integral member of the surgical services team, focusing on intraoperative imaging in a busy operating room environment. You will support a variety of surgical cases with mobile C-arms and fluoroscopy, ensuring that high-quality images are available to guide surgeons in real time. Typical responsibilities in this position include preparing and positioning imaging equipment prior to procedures, ensuring appropriate radiation safety and shielding, assisting with intraoperative imaging during orthopedic, vascular, spine, trauma, and other surgeries, and documenting and archiving images in the facility's PACS. You will help maintain sterile technique in coordination with the OR team, verify patient identity and procedure details, and respond rapidly to changing needs during active cases. The work is hands-on, fast-paced, and highly collaborative, with a focus on accuracy, safety, and clear communication.
