Responsibilities: Perform general clerical and administrative support tasks for the operations department Maintain accurate records, logs, and documentation related to daily operations Process and track orders, shipments, and inventory data entry Communicate with internal departments to ensure operational workflow and coordination Assist with filing, scanning, and organizing operational documents and reports Support compliance with company policies and procedures through accurate recordkeeping Respond to inquiries and route information to the appropriate teams in a timely manner Requirements: High school diploma or GED required; associate degree or relevant coursework a plus Prior experience in an administrative, clerical, or operations support role preferred Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) Strong data entry skills with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail Excellent organizational and time management abilities Strong written and verbal communication skills Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment About Us: Ouachita Contract Manufacturing, LLC is an equal opportunity employer.
