Job Opportunity: Physical Therapist

Our organization is in search of a committed and empathetic Physical Therapist to become a part of our Healthcare & Medical Services team. This role focuses on delivering exceptional, patient-centered rehabilitation services across various care environments. You will leverage your clinical knowledge to assess patients, create personalized treatment plans, and apply evidence-based physical therapy techniques that foster optimal recovery, functional independence, and overall wellness.

• Conduct thorough evaluations to determine impairments, functional limitations, and patient objectives.
• Design and modify individualized care plans tailored to each patient's needs.
• Administer hands-on treatments, including therapeutic exercises, manual therapy, gait and balance training, and functional mobility training.
• Monitor patient progress closely and adjust interventions as necessary.
• Educate patients, families, and caregivers about conditions, home exercise programs, and strategies to enhance safety, mobility, and quality of life.
• Collaborate within a supportive, team-oriented environment that prioritizes integrity and innovation.
• Work alongside occupational and speech therapists, nurses, physicians, and other healthcare professionals to develop coordinated care plans.
• Participate in case conferences and interdisciplinary meetings to improve patient outcomes.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation in the electronic medical record to ensure continuity and quality of care.

• Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution.
• Current state licensure or eligibility for licensure.
• Strong clinical assessment and treatment skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
