This position is not benefit eligible.Weisman Children's is a highly-acclaimed, community-based pediatric organization consisting of an acute care rehabilitation hospital, outpatient rehabilitation centers, and medical day care centers. We are an equal opportunity employer.POSITION SUMMARYThe rehabilitation aide supports the overall functioning of the outpatient rehabilitation department.Cleans and prepares treatment rooms before and after sessions.Maintains inventory supplies. Keeps stock areas clean and organized.Cleans and organizes work areas and disinfects equipment after treatment.Arranges treatment supplies to keep them in order.Performs clerical functions including but not limited to the following: photocopying, answering telephones, faxing, database input, and voice mail operations.Creates, collects, and distributes any documents in assistance to the therapy team.Maintains cleaning, inventory, and equipment temperature logs.Performs other related job duties as assigned.POSITION QUALIFICATIONS:High School diploma or equivalentCPR certificationComputer literateStrong interest in healthcareInterest in working with children in a rehab settingWillingness to work as part of teamSelf-motivatedStrong multi-tasking skillsAbility to work independently or under supervisionExcellent time management skillsDemonstrate adaptability and flexibility with changes in workload
