Beyond offering logistics jobs, we build careers and fuel the future of foodservice distribution.What You’ll Do: You’ll be a key player in our warehouse team, helping to move, manage, and deliver products efficiently and safely. Whether you’re loading trailers, picking orders, or leading associates, you’ll work in a fast-paced, multi-temperature environment, focused on accuracy, teamwork, and safety. Your efforts keep our supply chain flowing smoothly - from receiving goods, staging inventory, to shipping orders out on time.In This Role You’ll:Safely operate material handling equipment: pallet jacks and forklifts (certification required for forklift)Inspect incoming/outgoing shipments and verify accuracy of orders and product qualityMaintain a clean, safe, and organized work area in compliance with company standardsUse warehouse technology (RF scanners, inventory systems) to track orders and inventoryFollow all QIP and sanitation policies and safety protocolsUse handheld scanners to pick and pack customer orders accuratelyConduct cycle counts and spot checks to maintain inventory accuracyFollow FEFO (First Expired, First Out) procedures for food productsWhat You’ll BringElectric Pallet Jack use within the last 2yrsComfort working in varying temperatures including freezer ( -5 °F to 38 °F) and cooler environmentsStrong attention to detail, teamwork skills, and commitment to safetyBasic mechanical aptitude and ability to troubleshoot equipment issuesExperience with warehouse management systems and handheld scanners preferredValid forklift certification and 6+ months of safe equipment operationStrong reading/math skills for labeling, counting, and documentationUse a voice-directed picking system (VoCollect headset) to accurately select and prepare customer ordersSchedule & Setting:Full-time, on-site in a temperature-controlled warehouse (dry, cooler freezer: -5 °F to 38 °F)Shift: Primarily a 5-day work week, starting at 3:00am-11:30amWeekend and holiday availability requiredPhysically active role with repetitive lifting up to 50+ lbs. and standing/walking for extended periodsPay & Benefits: Pay Range (Base Pay): $24.41 - $25.66. Other Compensation: May include shift differentials, overtime pay, bonuses, or other incentive pay as applicable to the position and location.
