I’m excited to be exclusively working on a Controller search that will really resonate with the operational accounting crowd. This role is for someone who thrives in the day-to-day of accounting and genuinely enjoys making things run better. Clean closes, solid processes, fewer surprises, and a team that gets stronger over time. The company is PE-backed and has already completed a Sage Intacct implementation. The focus now is execution, consistency, and operational excellence. The accounting itself is straightforward, but the impact during this phase of transformation is immediate and meaningful. The role is tied to the south metro, but candidates anywhere in the Twin Cities are fair game. In-office needs are heavier at the beginning and ease up once things are running smoothly, typically landing at one to two days per week, at most.
