VP Operational Accounting (Payroll, A/P, A/R)

This role leads payroll, accounts payable, and accounts receivable for a global organization, with a focus on efficiencies and scaling across multiple countries and time zones. The position will lead Directors, Managers, and global staff, with full ownership of operational aspects of accounting.

Responsibilities

This role will lead a strong team of Directors, Managers, and global staff, with full ownership of operational aspects of accounting, and a focus on efficiencies with global payroll (where we have the greatest opportunity for scaling efficiencies as well as the highest risk and visibility), as well as Accounts Payable and Receivables.

Qualifications

• CPA or equivalent with 14+ years accounting leadership experience
• Experience owning payroll (and ideally a/p) in a public company with over 3,000 employees globally
• Leadership experience across multiple countries and regions in multiple time zones
• Record of longevity with top-notch accounting organizations
• Ability to be in San Francisco 3+ days/week
