Registered Nurse

OnPoint Medical Group is seeking a compassionate Registered Nurse to join our collaborative primary care team in Colorado. In this role, you will provide patient-centered nursing care, including assessments, triage, medication administration, and care coordination for diverse patient populations. You will document in the EHR, support providers during visits and procedures, and educate patients and families on treatment plans and self-care. Working in a respectful, team-focused environment, you will help improve community health and contribute to continuous quality improvement initiatives across our growing, physician-led organization.
