NOW HIRING: NURSE PRACTITIONER (NP)

Schedule: Full-Time | Day Shift
Pay: $110K–$150K

Join our healthcare team and provide comprehensive care to adult and geriatric patients across post-acute, skilled nursing, long-term care, and assisted living settings.

Role Highlights:

• Conduct patient assessments and manage acute and chronic conditions
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
• Prescribe medications and order diagnostic tests
• Coordinate care with nursing staff and consulting providers
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation
• Provide on-call coverage as required
  

Requirements:

• Graduate of an accredited NP program
• Board Certified or Board Eligible
• Eligible for or holding an unrestricted license
• DEA, NPI and prescriptive authority, or eligibility
• Eligible to participate in Medicare and Medicaid programs
