As a core leader, you are responsible for acting as the voice of the customer and developing profitable products that provide customer value. Utilizing your deep understanding of how to get a product off the ground, you guide the successful launch of products, gather crucial feedback, and ensure top-tier client experiences. With a strong commitment to scalability, resiliency, and stability, you collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality products that exceed customer expectations.Job responsibilitiesDevelops a product strategy and product vision that delivers value to customersOwns, maintains, and develops a product backlog that enables development to support the overall strategic roadmap and value propositionLead end-to-end delivery of Public Sector payment initiatives from strategy through implementationPartner with Product Management to develop and execute the product roadmap and delivery prioritiesDrive cross-functional execution across Product, Technology, Operations, Sales, and Control functionsEstablish governance, manage dependencies, and oversee release planning and operational readinessMonitor product performance, client adoption, operational metrics, and delivery outcomesIdentify and mitigate delivery, operational, and regulatory risksProvide executive-level reporting, stakeholder management, and strategic recommendationsLead continuous improvement efforts to enhance scalability, efficiency, and client experienceDevelop and mentor high-performing product delivery teamsRequired qualifications, capabilities, and skills5+ years of experience or equivalent expertise in product management or related fieldsAdvanced knowledge of the product development life cycle, design, and data analyticsProven ability to lead product life cycle activities including discovery, ideation, strategic development, requirements definition, and value managementStrong knowledge of payments, receivables, and treasury productsProven experience leading complex, cross-functional initiatives in a regulated environmentStrong executive communication, stakeholder management, and influencing skillsExperience managing delivery governance, risk, controls, and regulatory requirementsAbility to drive results and lead through ambiguity in a highly matrixed organizationPreferred qualifications, capabilities, and skillsDemonstrated prior experience working in a highly matrixed, complex organizationPublic Sector or Government Banking experienceExperience leading large-scale product, platform, or transformation programsMBA or advanced degree preferredA Government Security Clearance is required for this position.
