We're hiring a Regional Canvassing Manager to manage our door-to-door canvassing team. Prior canvassing management experience is required.

Compensation & Perks

• $150,000–$250,000+/year (Base Salary + Commission + Overrides)

You'll be responsible for:

• Hiring and onboarding canvassers
• Training reps on scripts and objection handling
• Setting daily/weekly performance goals
• Managing schedules and territories
• Coaching in the field
• Tracking KPIs and reporting results

You need:
-Proven experience managing a canvassing team
-Strong leadership and coaching skills
-Comfortable working in the field
-Reliable transportation
