Events and Marketing Manager

Supporting the planning and execution of events and client-focused marketing projects across the Greater Asia Region, the full-time Events and Marketing Projects Manager will manage owned events, coordinate participation in external industry events, and develop marketing materials to strengthen business presence and client relationships. Key responsibilities Organize and manage RTB House owned events and coordinate participation in external industry events, ensuring clear objectives and measurable outcomes Support marketing activities aimed at existing clients, focusing on retention and relationship-building through tailored initiatives Prepare and adapt content and sales materials for various business-facing formats, ensuring consistency with global messaging while addressing local market needs Required qualifications 3+ years of marketing experience, preferably in B2B marketing within tech, digital, or related industries Hands-on experience in planning and executing various types of events, including client and industry events Strong ability to create content and materials for sales meetings, webinars, and client activations Good project management skills with experience in coordinating multiple stakeholders and timelines Familiarity with marketing tools such as HubSpot or Asana, and fluency in English; additional languages are a plus
