Consultant Measurement, Attribution & AI (Digital & Marketing Analytics) We are seeking a strategic and execution-oriented consultant with strong expertise in digital measurement, attribution, and advanced analytics, and the ability to apply AI-driven approaches to transform customer acquisition and marketing effectiveness. This role sits at the intersection of marketing, analytics, AI, and strategy, and plays a critical role in shaping scalable measurement solutions that drive growth, efficiency, and informed decision‑making. The ideal candidate is comfortable operating in ambiguity, influencing senior stakeholders, and translating complex analytics into actionable business outcomes. Design and implement digital measurement frameworks, including conversion tracking, funnel analysis, and acquisition performance monitoring. Assess and recommend appropriate attribution methodologies (rule‑based, data‑driven, and MMM fundamentals) aligned to business objectives. Lead experimentation and incrementality measurement initiatives (A/B testing, lift studies) to evaluate true channel impact. Map and analyze end‑to‑end customer acquisition journeys across owned, paid, and earned channels. Identify and apply AI/ML techniques to improve marketing measurement, optimization, and decision‑making. Partner with data science teams to support predictive modeling, segmentation, and performance optimization initiatives. Translate advanced analytics and AI capabilities into practical, scalable business use cases rather than theoretical models. Interpret model outputs and effectively communicate insights to non‑technical stakeholders. Take ideas from concept through design, deployment, and scale, ensuring solutions deliver measurable business value. Balance short‑term delivery with long‑term scalability of measurement and analytics solutions. Operate effectively in fast‑evolving environments, adapting approaches based on data, feedback, and changing priorities. Own outcomes end‑to‑end, demonstrating accountability for results. Frame ambiguous business and measurement challenges into structured, actionable problem statements. Connect measurement and attribution strategies directly to business outcomes such as growth, acquisition efficiency, and ROI. Prioritize initiatives effectively when faced with multiple stakeholders and competing demands. Collaborate closely with marketing, product, data science, and technology teams. Align diverse stakeholder expectations and reconcile priorities across functions. Confidently influence without direct authority in complex, matrixed organizations. Act as a trusted advisor to senior stakeholders on measurement, attribution, and analytics strategy. Should know the Banking fundamentals, Credit cards. 12+ years of experience in portfolio strategy, operations, program leadership, or transformation roles, preferably in a technology‑driven environment. Proven experience leading large‑scale, complex portfolios with multiple initiatives, stakeholders, and dependencies. Strong track record of end‑to‑end execution ownership from strategy through delivery and operationalization. Expertise in operating model design, governance, and execution management. Demonstrated leadership in change management, including driving adoption across diverse stakeholder groups. Exceptional stakeholder management and executive communication skills; ability to influence without direct authority. Highly structured, action‑oriented problem solver with strong judgment and attention to detail. Comfortable operating in high‑visibility, ambiguous, and fast‑paced environment. Experience supporting technology investment planning or enterprise‑scale technology portfolios. Background in consulting, strategy & operations, transformation, or internal advisory roles. Familiarity with Agile, product‑centric, or hybrid delivery models at scale. Experience serving as an interim or backfill leader during periods of organizational transition. Strong storytelling skills with the ability to synthesize data into executive‑ready narratives. Exposure to tools supporting portfolio governance, roadmap management, or enterprise planning (e.g., PPM, OKRs, roadmapping tools). Working knowledge of SQL, large datasets, or data pipelines (awareness preferred; deep expertise not mandatory). Exposure to cloud and data platforms supporting analytics and AI workloads. Understanding of tracking infrastructure, including tags, pixels, and SDKs. Experience in financial services, banking, or other regulated industries.
