Responsibilities

• Educate healthcare providers on reimbursement processes, claims submission, coding, and payer requirements
• Conduct field-based assessments of provider education needs and facilitate stakeholder collaboration
• Serve as access and reimbursement expert supporting sales representatives and account managers
• Proactively identify and address patient access barriers using data and account management
• Build relationships with customers and manage territory logistics, routing, and business planning

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree, preferably in healthcare, business, or public administration
• Minimum 5 years of relevant professional experience in healthcare access or reimbursement
• Extensive knowledge of medication access channels and payer benefit structures
• Ability to analyze complex quantitative and qualitative data for access solutions
• Strong understanding of healthcare ecosystem dynamics and coverage requirements
• Critical thinking skills and intellectual curiosity about marketplace changes
