Position: Certified Surgical Technologist

We are seeking an experienced certified Surgical Technologist to join our Operating Room (OR) Team. This is a full-time position requiring 36 hours per week, with shifts ranging from 4 to 9 hours between 6:45 am and 4:15 pm. The role includes a call rotation.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in surgical procedures as directed by the operating surgeon.
• Maintain a sterile field and ensure proper handling of instruments and supplies.
• Prepare and organize the operating room for surgery activities.
• Effectively manage the surgical instruments and equipment.
• Collaborate with surgical teams to deliver high-quality patient care.
• Participate in call rotation and be available to return to the facility within 45 minutes if needed.

Qualifications

• Current certification as a Surgical Technologist.
• Previous experience in an operating room setting, specifically in orthopedic procedures.
• Strong understanding of sterile techniques and surgical procedures.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
