What You ll Do:

• Perform trauma hospitalist rounding and participate in trauma activations
• Respond promptly to trauma alerts from the emergency department
• Manage and document up to 10-14 admitted patients daily (non-ICU) and 6 ICU patients
• Assist with trauma procedures and interventions, such as chest tube insertions, central and arterial lines
• Coordinate patient discharges and facilitate admissions from ED
• Collaborate with trauma surgeons and multidisciplinary teams
• Provide comprehensive care across various trauma levels, including Level I adult trauma and pediatrics

What You Need:

• Active PA or NP licensure in Minnesota
• At least 2 years of trauma, emergency, or critical care experience
• Certifications: ACLS, BLS; PALS preferred if working with pediatric patients
• Ability to work independently as part of a team
• Strong clinical and procedural skills in trauma settings
• Flexibility to start immediately and commit through July 2026
