Registered Nurse (RN)

An opportunity has arisen for a Registered Nurse (RN) to join a reputable healthcare facility. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in delivering high-quality patient care and ensuring a positive experience throughout their stay.

Position Details

Department: Operating Room
Shift: 10-hour shifts; Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, and Friday
Call Coverage: Occasional coverage to support PTO for designated call staff
Weekly Guaranteed Hours: 40 hours

Unit Information

Number of Beds: 7 OR
Patient Ratios: 1:1
Equipment Used: Hana table, trauma table, enseal, myosure, novasure, kabtec, neoprobe
EHR System: Paragon
Supervisor: OR Manager

Patient Population

The registered nurse will be responsible for managing a diverse adult patient population and may encounter patients requiring various surgical interventions.

Qualifications

Required Experience: 1+ years of RN experience, including at least one travel assignment
Required Skills: Proficient in C-sections, orthopedics, general surgery, urology, gynecology, ENT (pediatric and adult), pain management, and pediatric dental procedures
Education: Nursing degree from an accredited institution

Work Environment
