Our household runs on warmth, creativity, and a whole lot of energy. You'll find us spending weekends at the park, going on bike rides, building elaborate Magna Tile cities, getting lost in Lego sets, and doing arts and crafts projects at the kitchen table.Our home is well-organized with strong systems already in place, and we have a full-time nanny focused on our youngest, along with biweekly cleaners and regular gardeners. What we're looking for is a skilled, reliable partner who can handle the logistics and execution that keeps everything else running smoothly. With one parent stepping into a new role and the other traveling occasionally, reducing the mental load and freeing up family time is the whole goal. We want someone who can take things off the list and run with them, without needing to be managed.Our oldest has autism and ADHD and does best with someone who is warm, consistent, and comfortable with some unpredictability.
