Role Description The Community Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in New Albany, Indiana, responsible for overseeing the daily operations of a 124 unit residential community. This role includes managing resident relations, responding to inquiries and concerns, and fostering a positive living environment. The Community Manager coordinates maintenance requests, conducts regular property inspections, and works with vendors to ensure timely, high-quality service. They handle leasing activities such as tours, application processing, and renewals, while enforcing community policies and standards. The position also involves monitoring budgets, assisting with rent collections, preparing routine reports, and supporting marketing efforts to maintain occupancy and resident satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Property management experience, including resident relations, leasing support, and coordination of maintenance and vendor services.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to handle conflict resolution and provide high-quality customer service.
• Organizational and time-management abilities to manage multiple tasks, deadlines, and detailed records effectively.
