Technical Project Manager

Job Description This team is seeking a Technical Project Manager to drive the planning, coordination, and execution of automation initiatives, including the development of an in-house workload and task scheduling platform. The ideal candidate has a strong computer science and software engineering background and is comfortable working with developers, GitHub, technical requirements, and cross-functional stakeholders. This person will proactively identify needs, gather and document requirements, remove roadblocks, and ensure projects move forward with minimal oversight. Success in this role requires exceptional organization, strong communication skills, the ability to influence and collaborate with technical teams, and a hands-on understanding of software development processes and DevOps best practices while managing project delivery from conception through implementation. Skills and Requirements -Project Manager with experience managing projects and/or leading teams in the computer science space. -Strong understanding of software engineering & DevOps processes and best practices. -Experience working with GitHub and software development workflows. -Well-versed in AI/automation tools & concepts. -Strong experience gathering technical requirements and working cross-functionally across both technical and functional teams. -Experience interfacing with business stakeholders while having exceptional communication & organizational skills -Previous hands-on software engineering/development experience.
