As a Behavioral Health RN, you will play a crucial role in managing and coordinating nursing care activities for clients during their hospitalization. Your expertise will ensure that clients receive the highest standard of care in accordance with established policies and procedures.

In this role, you will:

• Organize and coordinate nursing care delivery for assigned clients
• Direct and oversee other personnel involved in client care
• Provide direct client care activities as required
• Implement physicians' orders accurately and promptly
• Participate in multidisciplinary treatment planning
• Conduct group therapies and participate in process improvement activities
• Maintain professional accountability and demonstrate competency in nursing judgment

Requirements for this position include:

• Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing
• Current Illinois RN license
• BLS certification required
• CPI Nonviolent Crisis Intervention with Advanced Physical Skills (APS) certification required
• Need 1 year experience in setting
• Ability to operate standard office equipment and specific computer software
• Strong communication and critical thinking skills
