Job Overview Janitorial associates ensure customers have a great first and last impression of our stores. They look after the cleanliness of the store from the parking lot to restrooms to the receiving area and maintain a clean and safe environment. Hourly Wage The actual hourly rate will equal or exceed the required minimum wage applicable to the job location. Hourly Wage: $17 - $30 per/hour Additional Compensation Annual or quarterly performance incentives. Premiums ranging from $0.35 per hour to $3.00 per hour in specific circumstances (e.g., based on schedule, facility, season, or specific work performed). Multiple premiums may apply if applicable criteria are met.
