This position is for an Occupational Therapist (OT) working day shifts from 8:00 AM 4:30 PM, with flexible part-time or full-time options. This is a permanent placement opportunity offering a pay range of $54$58/hour, along with relocation assistance and sign-on incentives for qualified candidates. The OT provides rehabilitation services to help patients improve independence with daily activities and overall functional performance.
Requirements: Candidates must hold an active Occupational Therapist license and have graduated from an accredited Occupational Therapy program. Experience in rehabilitation, SNF, or outpatient settings is preferred. Strong clinical assessment, communication, and documentation skills are required.
The Occupational Therapist will perform patient evaluations, develop individualized treatment plans, and deliver therapy interventions including ADL training, therapeutic exercises, coordination training, and adaptive equipment education. Responsibilities include monitoring patient progress, adjusting care plans, documenting sessions, and collaborating with interdisciplinary teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes and safe discharge planning.
