Description - Your Daily Impact

• Conduct both standard and specialized laboratory analyses-encompassing chemistry, hematology, immunology, and more-within established guidelines.
• Evaluate results meticulously for precision, address and resolve discrepancies, and perform essential maintenance and calibration on laboratory equipment.
• Help collect specimens and prepare samples for analysis as necessary.
• Keep detailed documentation of all processes, share your knowledge by training new colleagues or students, and consistently uphold laboratory quality standards.
• Create a clean and safe work environment while following all regulatory and accreditation protocols.

Education

• A Bachelor's degree in Clinical or Medical Laboratory Science, or an equivalent degree in allied health, plus access to ASCP/AMT certification preparation.

Certifications

• ASCP or AMT Board of Certification in Clinical Laboratory Science (CLS) must be secured within one year of your hire date.
• Maintain current certification throughout your employment.
