Responsibilities We are seeking a skilled and experienced Senior Risk Management Consultant to join our team. This role involves providing high‑level services to policyholders, including safety training and participation in safety meetings, completing underwriting survey reports, and delivering quality safety services. Essential Functions Provide underwriting with timely and complete survey reports. Offer high‑level services to policyholders such as employee safety training and participation in safety meetings. Deliver quality safety services to policyholders. Submit technically sound recommendations to improve risk desirability and control loss experience. Meet the quality and quantity performance standards of the department. Conduct loss analysis and serious injury investigations; submit program‑level recommendations to prevent repetitions and improve account performance. Additional Responsibilities Complete the training requirements outlined in the career development path chart. Maintain good communication with other departments, policyholders, and producers. Participate in professional and community safety activities. Perform other duties as assigned. Conform with all corporate policies and procedures. Education Associate's Degree preferred in safety and health, fire protection, science or engineering, or equivalent experience. Bachelor's Degree preferred or equivalent experience. Experience 2-4 years of safety and health experience, with a minimum of 3 years of field experience as a Risk Management Representative preferred. Salary Range $113,000 – $136,000 depending on experience, location, education, certification(s), scope, and responsibilities.
