Sales and Business Development Rep

Job Description
We are seeking a highly motivated and dynamic Sales Representative to join our growing team. Key Responsibilities

• Proactively prospect and generate new business opportunities through research, cold calls, and relationship building.
• Conduct inside and outside sales activities to identify and establish new accounts.
• Meet and exceed monthly sales targets by actively seeking out and expanding new customer accounts.
• Manage and service existing accounts by obtaining and increasing sales orders and further strengthening customer relationships.
• Deliver engaging sales presentations tailored to customer needs and market trends.
• Maintain in-depth product knowledge to effectively communicate value and benefits to customers.
• Monitor sales performance by coordinating with distributors and analyzing current and future sales volumes.
• Provide comprehensive support in all sales operations, including executing follow-ups and tracking customer feedback.
• Collaborate with management to stay informed about new products, services, and organizational updates.
• Participate in domestic and international travel for company meetings, trade shows, exhibitions, and client visits.
• Consistently provide exceptional customer service and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Perform other sales and operations-related duties as assigned.

Required Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED (college degree preferred).
• 5+ years of experience in inside/outside sales ( highly preferred ).
• Valid state driver's license with a clean driving record and at least 2 years of driving experience.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite .
• Familiarity with CRM software (experience with Copper a plus).
• Proficiency with Apple products and Google Workspace applications (Gmail, Google Drive, etc.).

Preferred Qualifications

• Background in the automotive industry or auto detailing industry ( a plus ).
• Proven record of achieving sales targets and contributing to business growth.
• Strong communication skills (both verbal and written) and effective listening abilities.
• High level of organization with the ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
• Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
• Demonstrated ability to build and maintain client relationships.
• Knowledge of sales processes and strategies.
